Elevage Prosecco

The bouquet offers hints of pear, honeycomb and granny smith apples. The palate is subtly sweet and finely balanced by natural acidity, typical chalky texture and a light savoury finish. It’s dry and refreshing. 

Technical Information

Winemaking: All aspects of winemaking are focused on maintaining a refreshing, crisp sparkling wine with delicate flavour. The grapes are harvested and pressed on a gentle cycle to minimise phenolics and then fermented to produce a classic base wine.
